Today, we have so many distractions that we always in a rush in life. This is not necessarily a bad thing if we do it the right way. If we put God first in our day, then we will have peace in our life. There are times when life stress make it hard to have peace.

Biblical speaking, there was a women that had to face the destruction of her people. Her name was Esther. Esther was a Jewish girl who was sent to the kings palace to be presented to the king after a year of preparation without telling her family history to the people. She won the favor of the king just by walking into the room. He fell for her all at once. She became queen. Yes, a Jewish girl who did not tell people that she was Jewish. Esther had an uncle, Mordecai, who heard the news that there was a plot against the king by the guards. He told Esther and she gave Morecai the credit for the report to the king. In every good story, there is always a bad guy who wants to starts trouble in the story. This bad guy, Haman, was mad at Morecai because Morecai never showed him the respect that he thought he needed for his position in the palace. Haman came up with idea of total destruction of the Jews all in one day. When Morecai heard the news, he was so worried and upset that he went into the mourning tradition for the Jews by putting ashes on him. You see, Morecai had peace when he heard the plot against the king and told Esther about the plot. This is something else though. This was "his" life at risk and other Jews at risk. Now Morecai could not enter the palace to see Esther, but Esther sent someone to him. She was so scared when she heard the news that she as her people to fast and pray for her because she had to enter the king courts without permission. This was against the law and could be put to death if he didn't approve of them being in the court. The story so as this, Esther goes into the court and the king approved of her presence. She asked him and Haman to a dinner. When the time of the dinner came, she chickened out in telling him. Instead, she asked for another meal with the both of them three times after this. Eventually, the king finally asked what she wanted. Esther finally told the king the problem. The law was appealed and Haman was killed for his crime. The Jews did not die at the hands of the ancient people.

We can only imagine the stress Esther was under with this solution. We might have came into something like this in our lives spiritually speaking. When we face the giants in our lives, it seems that we cannot make it through this trial. Who knows, we might be in a position as a time as this to make a difference as Esther was in this story. God knows what we go through in life, and we need to find peace with God's plan for our lives. If we study the Word of God, then we will be given answers and/or peace about solutions.
